This service is characterised by flexible routes and schedules responding partially or fully to the requests of the passengers.
There will be launched also the management and control centre for the demand responsive system introducing a new phone number to make the system available for all users.
Expected results and targets are the increase in patronage in the flexible service area by 5% and the reduction of the costs of the operator by substituting infrequent high-volume services in low-density areas.


Phone-bus on region Rybitwy and Powierzbie.
The program of demand-responsive transport service turned out to be brilliant idea for inhabitants of Rybitwy and Podwierzbie.
For four month about 3367 passangers have made use of this service and the popularity of the project grows everyday, depite regular courses of buses nr 157 and 158. The thousandth course of the phone-bus took place on 7th November.

Trial lines.
The experimental bus lines were traced (Bieżanów area, Podwierzbie, Rączna and Rybitwy Str.)
It is possible, that after first tests and all necessery agreements among City Mayor, Road Authority and District Councils the offer of demand-responsive transport service will be expanded in other suburban areas of Krakow.
