The CiViTAS CARAVEL project was presented at the trade fair Komtechnika 2008 in Poznań, organised on the days 27-30 October in Poznań.
European Mobility Week
The Cracow CiViTAS CARAVEL team was one of co-organizers of the European Mobility Week which took place on 16-22 of September.
Press materials for press conference related to the planned reorganisation of traffic system in city centre.
The materials were prepared in order to present precisely aims of changes, expected benefits and - thanks to added map - particular places, where the reorganization of traffic system would be introduced.
E-mail invitations for Carpooling Tranferability Workshop.
Workshops were organized to present possibilities of carpooling and Tele-Bus systems development in other cities, based on experiences gained in Krakow.
Preparation of leaflets for V Mobility Forum.
The leaflets included the short description of Forum subject "Security in the Krakow public transport", identified problems and proposals of prevention methods.
All participants received the leaflets to familiarize themselves with discussed issues.

The roll-ups were placed in the area of the Krakow University of Technology, where the Mobility Consultant Office have headquarters.
Designing of the ad of the Competition to design a poster promoting sustainable transport
The ads appeared on free newspapers Metro and Kraków.pl.

Sixth edition of Kraków.pl include article describing IV Mobility Forum, ad about Bicycle Happening at PK, competition with question what the carpooling is.

Complex project of the Integrated ticket initiated in frame of M. 8. 10. "The integrated ticketing and tariffs in Krakow".
Project and production of the banner for action Day without car.
The banner was placed in the tent, which was prepared especially for this action and conduced to its broader promotion.
Project of the Brochure Civitas Forum Kanuas .
The Brochure describes in interesting way the measures and activity in CiViTAS CARAVEL separately in Burgos, Genova, Krakow and Stuttgart.
It also presents the main aims of the project, what is very good promotion of programme. The Brouchure has been edited in English language.

Project of the poster promoting The Competition for the slogan encouraging to use public transport
The poster was placed in the CARAVEL tent, which was prepared especially for "The Recycling Festival" action and conduced to broader promotion the CiViTAS CARAVEL programme.

In order to broad promotion of Happening have been prepared:

At least 400 students took part in the event, and many employees, including the rector and other authorities.

The logo was created in aim of broad promotion the carpooling system in the Krakow University of Technology and concerned persons in Krakow.
Promotion of the II Mobility Forum.
Promotion of the conference "Mobility Forum wicht took place" on the 8 March 2007 r. and provision an advertising materials.
The promotion icluded:::
- Project and production of invitations for the conference (100 items);
- press-materials for conferences needs;
- roll-up with CiViTAS-CARAVEL logo, (dimension 110x210 centimetres).

carriage tram running every day on most frequent lines in Krakow.
Cycle advertising in quarterly newspaper Miasto,
Cycle advertising in quarterly newspaper Miasto, which is free and general-accessible for every inhabitant of Krakow (280,000 copies).
Third edition of Miasto include three huge articles about CIVITAS-CARAVEL programme and activities, descriptions of projects for Demand Responsive Transport Services in Krakow and information about New Leisure Mobility Services in Krakow.
